James, a chemical engineer by training is an analyst and portfolio manager at our firm. Armed with over 7 years investment experience gained as an equities analyst and a portfolio manager of a long & short equities fund, James' unique proposition also includes a strong lateral thinking ability, investigative skills, thoroughness and a vibrant personality. James' experience set includes exposure to both the traditional and alternative investment arenas, with his most recent prior experience being from Brait Specialised Funds.

Married to Mpho, a medical professional, and blessed with a daughter Malebo, James enjoys reading economics and history, playing tennis and going to the gym regularly. A motoring enthusiast, he is a keen observer of and vibrant commentator on societal trends.
