Luyanda occupies the role of business development manager, which fits his easy going yet driven and professional manner well. He refined his unique skill set over a 5 year tenure as accountant and client manager for blue chip organizations, Nedbank & BOE. It was at the latter's asset management company that Luyanda gained a deeper appreciation for the value of good relationship management, an element of his unique value proposition.

Born and raised in Butterworth, Luyanda is described as hardworking, determined, engaging, with good interpersonal skills and a steely resolve for whatever he sets his mind to. He is as passionate about relevant client trustee education programmes and the resultant benefits, as he is about continuous self challenge and development. He enjoys watching sports and reading politics. A regular gym goer, Luyanda has a son Zimvo.
