Mduduzi is custodian of our investment process across all our products. His introduction to the investment industry was as a proprietary book dealer, over 13 years ago. He subsequently became a member of the team at Real Africa Asset Management, a highly respected asset management training ground in its day. His experience set includes researching, trading and managing portfolios across the entire asset class spectrum (equities, bonds, cash & property). Becoming the Acting CEO of RAAM (an organization that grew to ZAR 7bn funds under management) was not enough for the "gentleman of the industry" - he had to express his entrepreneurial flair by taking the bull by its horns and cofounding Argon Asset Management.

Mduduzi has successfully managed portfolios through both bull and bear market without losing his sharp dress sense. He is married to Tania, an events manager and are blessed with a son Bhekisizwe Khwezi. Duzi enjoys travelling, reading philosophy and history, going to gym and eating out. Aside from aspiring to be a consistent top quartile investment manager, Duzi secretly dreams of owning a six-pack.
